Quality Insights Renal Network 5 believes it is important that patients be involved in their care, as well as in the work we do. Patients and families can actively participate in Network activities at a variety of levels:  Patient Liaison, Patient Advisory Committee (PAC), or even join our project workgroups, becoming Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).  
Each of these groups drive change in the dialysis facilities with patients and families providing direction and actively helping the Network to improve the quality of care that all patients receive.  For more information on each opportunity, click the appropriate link below:
