Webinar playback instructions

The WebEx Network Recording Player is required to play back recorded events.  If you have previously downloaded the player, you can click the link to stream and view the recording without downloading the Network Recording Player again. 

New Users

Follow these steps to install the latest WebEx Network Recording Player:

  1. Visit
  2. Scroll down to the table and in the Watch row, select your operating system (Windows or Mac OSX) under the .wrf column.
  3. Click Run on the pop-up menu that will appear at the bottom of your screen
  4. After initializing, the Cisco WebEx Installing Wizard will appear.
  5. Follow the instructions in the wizard to install the WebEx Network Recording Player.
