Transplant coordination quality improvement activity (QIA)

Network Project Lead:  Amanda Morelli, BS, RN
Network Project Co-lead: Lori Finch, MS, RN, CNN, NE-BC
Quality Insights Renal Network 5 (QIRN5) is conducting a Transplant Quality Improvement Initiative to increase the rates of patients on a transplant waitlist in outpatient dialysis facilities. This project aims to reduce disparity in the promotion of access to waitlisting. The Executive Order on Advancing American Kidney Health of July 10, 2019, recognizes this inequity.
